Peta-Gay Gordon

Peta-Gay Gordon received her B.A. Degree in International Relations and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College, and her J.D. Degree from University of Southern California Gould School of Law.

Peta-Gay Gordon represent clients in transactional matters and in litigation, and strives to ensure that their legal experience is as positive as possible.

With a desire to give back to Jamaica and California, as well as help others meet their educational goals, Peta-Gay Gordon is an active member of JAAC and has served as the Public Relations/Community Development Chair.

Peta-Gay Gordon has served as the Chair of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law’s Professional School Relations Committee.

Charles Ludd, Jr.

Located in the Greater Los Angeles Area, Attorney Charles Ludd, Jr., focuses his practice in the areas of Criminal Defense, Employment Law, Contract Formation/Dissolution, Business Litigation, and International Trade. Mr. Ludd takes a client centered approach to his counseling and advocacy, while providing each client with a focused and responsive approach to meeting their individual objectives.

Mr. Ludd earned his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School in 2011 and his Bachelor of Arts. in Economics from the University of California, Riverside in 2006. Prior to law school, Charles served the California State Legislature and the Office of Governmental Affairs or California Judicial Council in the areas of legislation and inter-governmental affairs.

Prior to establishing the firm, Ludd and Ambaye, Attorneys at Law, Mr. Ludd worked for a litigation firm in Downtown Los Angeles where he successfully handled and litigated  numerous cases in Criminal Defense, Employment Discrimination, Business and Civil Litigation.

 Mr. Ludd is admitted to practice in California.


Jonathan Ambaye

Jonathan Ambaye handles a broad range of litigation matters. His recent areas of practice include Contract Law, Employment Discrimination, Consumer Protection and Criminal Defense.

Mr. Ambaye earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University School of Law in 2011 and his Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California at Riverside in 2006. While in law school Mr. Ambaye was awarded a number of academic and leadership honors which included a Criminal Justice teaching Fellowship and a Tuition Scholarship for Academic Achievement.

Prior to establishing the firm Ludd and Ambaye, Jonathan began his legal career in Northern California clerking for the Contra Costa County Public Defender's Office where he passionately and tirelessly worked to defend the constitutional rights of indigent citizens. His passion for community and public service has shaped his perspective as an attorney and serves as the driving force behind his client-centered approach to lawyering.

Mr. Ambaye is admitted to practice in the state of California. 


Brenda J. Logan

The Law Offices of Brenda J. Logan, P.C. was founded by Brenda J. Logan, who has been an attorney for over 20 years and has been doing estate planning for over 15 years. Brenda graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a B.S. degree in Public Administration and obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Georgetown University and Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center.

Brenda is a member of the California Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Brenda is also a member and Past President of the Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, Inc.

Brenda has become highly recognized and respected in her representation of individuals and families throughout the state of California. Brenda is a much sought after public speaker and conducts regular seminars and workshops on elder law and estate planning topics in the Southern California area. Brenda is also an active volunteer in her community and church.
